Soldering frames

  • We offer soldering frames of the highest quality.
  • They can be supplied as standard  – fitting to most applications, or they can be produced according to your needs. 
  • Frames can be equipped with soldering masks, components downholders, fixings, …
  • They can be used in solder waves and selective soldering machines. 
  • Frames are equipped with rails. Rails allow easy and fast PCB fixing. 
  • Frames can be equipped with universal component downholder set. 
  • Downholder set is secured on the frame with quick snap-in fixture. 
  • Downholders vary in height. Each height is marked with different color. Downholding pins are spring-loaded. 
  • Mask can be ordered and fixed in universal frame. One frame can be used to solder high-runners with masks and various other PCBs without one.
  • Universal downholder set can be used with mask. Optionally customized downholder can be ordered. 
  • Masks are fixed in the frame in four corners. Fixing pins are spring-loaded. 
  • Masks can have titanium inserts. Standard mask material is very durable, titanium makes it undestructible.

Handling carriers

  • Carriers allow you to transport various items of irregular dimensions between production sockets. They are always produced according to your specification. 

Coating carriers

  • We can supply various carriers for coating machines.    
  • Such carriers are produced with materials, that allow easy cleaning. They are always produced according to your specification.

Depanelling carriers

  • We can supply carriers for depanelling machines. Such carriers are designed to support and stabilize single boards during depanelling procedure. They are usually equipped  with dedicated fixtures and downholders. They are always produced according to your specification. 

SMD carriers

  • We have various SMD carriers available. They are used to transport SMD boards in production lines.   
  • They are always produced according to your specification.
