The BS1400 is a high-precision, fully automatic template printer. The printer automatically recognizes the reference points and performs offset corrections. Built-in software enables printing with 0.3mm raster.
The OPVA software allows the user to match the board image to the computer-generated template. Any point on the board or pad can be used as the reference point, the shape and size of the reference point are programmable. The board is centered in seconds.
The boards are fixed in a holder on the table. The holder allows you to fix single-sided and double-sided boards. The clamping system and the table are equipped with precise linear guides, which ensures high accuracy and repeatability of the position of the printed boards. A double squeegee with a sliding control system ensures accurate and economical application of the paste.
The printer is controlled by a PC. The software running under the control of Windows is easy to use and provides the user with a visual control of the printing parameters.
