The software modules developed by Mimot are not only used to control machines. It is possible to develop and integrate the IT system of the production line with the existing IT system of the client, e.g. with SAP. There are modules for managing the warehouse of components, support systems and production planning. Appropriate selection of software will enable and facilitate appropriate warehouse management, support the planning department and ensure performance control to managing directors. MimExplorer
MimExplorer integrates all other software modules. The system can be individually adapted to the user's requirements. The system is controlled via a touch panel. The software uses the Windows interface and is very intuitive to use.
MimCAD
MimCAD provides conversion of CAD data and enables quick programming of the machine. It supports most common data formats
MimEdit
MimEdit is a component library editing program. The graphic interface makes it very easy to introduce unusual details. This module also specifies the dispenser libraries.
MimPrep
MimPrep is used to manage feeders and components. It can also be integrated with a component inventory management program. Manages the arming of feeders based on the daily production plan. Control is via a remote PC connected to the network. The module enables printing of barcode labels. Provides graphical information about the trays and components used.
MimJob
MimJob manages data on the tasks performed and components. Provides access to statistical data and provides an interface to PPS systems. Provides data on production, downtime, component wear and system performance. It allows you to plan the production volume for a given task, its completion date and priority. It allows you to manage the warehouse of components - set orders, level of warnings about low stock, minimum stock level.
MimOpt
MimOpt optimizes the order of execution of tasks depending on the current state of equipment of machines and assigned priorities and imposed deadlines.
MimFill
MimFill provides information on the filling and usage status of all trays in a line.
MimTrace
MimTrace collects data and provides reports on individual boards (traceability). Enables you to track your tasks backwards. If the boards have a barcode, you can trace when they were made and what components were used.
MimBalan
MimBalan is a module used to distribute tasks between several machines working in a line. From this module, the entire line is visible as a single automat. The division of tasks is carried out taking into account the current state of armament of individual machines
MimDiag
MimDiag is a module for controlling and diagnosing the state of the machine. All control circuits are monitored on an ongoing basis, and their status is displayed graphically.
MimCal
MimCal is an automatic calibration module. It ensures the maintenance of the optimal condition of the machine and provides documentation of the operation of the machine.
MimAccess
MimAccess provides remote access to the system. It is an invaluable help for users, it also enables remote diagnostics in the event of problems or failures.
