Reporting faults

As standard, the service response time is 48 hours from the moment of reporting the defect. For your convenience, we also offer periodic machine maintenance. Mimot supports and speeds up the diagnosis process by offering service, diagnostic, calibration and remote access software packages. We recommend installing the software:

  • MimDiag – to control and diagnose the state of the machine
  • MimCal – for automatic calibration
  • MimAccess – Provides remote access to the system

For your convenience, a hotline is available from the manufacturer and direct contact with the technician (in Polish).
